Withdrawal Request


Withdrawal Agreement:

  • This form must be submitted before the end of the current month your child is enrolled in.
  • Enrollment will be dropped on the last day of the month. You are committed to the month that your child is currently enrolled in. We do not issue partial refunds for withdrawing earlier than the end of the month.
  • Your child’s spot in that class is no longer held once you have withdrawn.
  • Skill charts will stay on file in your account in the event that your child would like to re-enroll at the level they were prior to withdrawal.
  • Registration Fees are non-refundable and are valid for 1 year from your first date of registration.
