Year-Round Programming

Welcome to Greater Buffalo Gymnastics!

We’re thrilled to announce our year-round program! Unlike traditional seasonal schedules, our recreational classes are available continuously throughout the year. Here’s what you need to know:

What Does Year-Round Mean?

• No Need to Re-Enroll: Once your student is enrolled, they can keep attending their classes without having to re-register each season. They’ll only need to change classes if they age-out of their current class or if their coach recommends moving up to the next skill level.
• Class Breaks: There will be designated breaks throughout the year, which will be clearly marked on our calendar. These breaks are accounted for in your monthly tuition. Tuition is based on 45 classes in a year.

Taking a Break:

• If your student wants to take a break from gymnastics, just inform Client Services by your student's last class of the month. This will free up their spot and pause any charges to your account.
• Please note, this does open your student’s spot in the class. Unfortunately we can not hold a student’s spot for an extended period of time. (Please read our attendance policy in our FAQ Page for more information.) Should your student decide to return to the program at any point, you can select a new class through the Customer Portal or contact Client Services for assistance.

Membership Fee:

• There is a $50 annual membership fee per gymnast, which renews each year on the anniversary of their enrollment.

Class Assignments:

• Classes are determined by your child’s age based on their birth month. Students can enroll is a class of their age group within a month of their birthday. For example, a student in a Kinder Kids (4 year old) class can enroll in a 5 year old beginner class when they are 4 years and 11 months old.

Easy Registration:

• Registration and enrollment is available year-round through our Customer Portal. Create an account, set up a profile for your student, and browse available classes. Registration is handled on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t wait! All openings you see on our website are available in real time.
